Customer Found Damage After Buying?
If a customer spots damage on their car after driving it off your forecourt, there's no need to arrange for them to bring it back in. I'll travel directly to their home or workplace, within a set radius of your site, and carry out the repair on the spot.

It saves the dealership an awkward conversation, saves the customer the hassle of returing the car, and gets the issue resolved quickly and quietly - often within the same week it's reported.
